Woodside Academy has two choirs for children; a KS1 choir run by Mrs Edwards and a KS2 choir run by Mrs Conroy, as well as an occasional staff choir. Our choirs have sung at St Mary's Chadwell, Thurrock Civic Hall andThameside Theatre as well as school events. Our KS2 choir sang at The Holocaust Remembered at Thameside Theatre and returned there to sing First World War Songs as part of a local history event in March and were very well received on both occasions. Both KS1 and KS2 choirs will be taking part in the Thurrock Music Festivals at the Civic Hall in July.
