On Thursday 1st October 2026, we will be celebrating Census Day with an exciting Animal Theme, inspired by World Animal Day on 4th October.

🐯 Dress Up as Your Favourite Animal!
Children are invited to come to school dressed as their favourite animal for the day.
Whether they choose to be a lion, tiger, monkey, butterfly, dinosaur, penguin, dog, cat or something completely wild – we can't wait to see the school filled with animals!

🍔 A Special Animal-Themed School Dinner!
Our catering team will be serving a special Census Day menu:

📚 AND... A FREE BOOK FOR KS1! 🎉
To make the day extra special, every KS1 child who has a school dinner on Census Day will receive a complimentary animal-themed book to take home!
So if your child is in KS1, please encourage them to choose a school dinner on Thursday 1st October – they will enjoy our special menu and receive a fantastic animal-themed book to enjoy at home.
