International Day Dressing-Up

We are holding our International Week from 24th - 28th May. Each year group has chosen a country to find out about that week and each day way we will serve a menu from a different country in the world. To finish the week, on Friday 29th May we are inviting children and staff to come to school dressed in the traditional costume of any one of the countries we are studying and whose food we are eating, or the costume of a country they can claim heritage to or just happen to have. This is entirely optional and we are not asking for donations. To give you some ideas our menus will come from Britain, China, India, Italy and Mexico, and the classes are studying Australia, Brazil, China, Chile, Italy and Poland. We also have 27 different first languages in the school to make it an interesting day.
